The Epson SureColor G9070 (model SCG9070PE, Production Edition) is a 64-inch DTFilm printer built for high-volume transfer production. Epson rates it at up to 350 ft²/hr (print engine speed), at up to 1,200 x 1,200 dpi, and it can print two rolls at once with media up to a total of 64 inches wide. The G9070 runs UltraChrome DF ink (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black and White) from a bulk system with sealed 1.6 L packs. Epson describes the ink as OEKO-TEX ECO PASSPORT certified, CPSIA-compliant and non-toxic. Fiery Digital Factory – Epson Edition (auto nesting, gang-sheet tools and rasterization) and Epson Edge Print Pro are included, and Epson Cloud Solution PORT adds job tracking, cost accounting and alerts. The G9070 needs AC 200-240 V power and measures 116 x 33 x 63 inches at 815 lb, so plan the floor space and electrical before delivery. It is designed for use only with genuine Epson ink packs.
