In some cases we ask for products owned by the user so that we may provide better service and support.

Digital Technology Group requests necessary information from the user on our order form. When ordering, a user must provide billing and shipping information, and payment information (credit card number, expiration date, etc.). Web Traffic Logs
We use IP addresses (not linked to specific personal information) to administer the site, track usage, and obtain site feedback.

Digital Technology Group takes every precaution to protect our web users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, the information is protected both online and off-line. When our order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), the information is encrypted and is protected with SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when just browsing non sensitive pages.
