Epson SureLab D570 Professional Minilab Photo Printer: overview
The Epson SureLab D570 is a compact dry-lab printer for event photographers, photo booths, school and sports photography and small retail counters. It prints 4 x 6 inch photos in as little as 14 seconds at 720 x 360 dpi, supports sheets from 3.5 x 5 inches up to 4 x 6 inches, and weighs 38.3 lb without paper and ink, so it moves easily between sites.
It uses six-color UltraChrome D6r-S dye-based ink (Cyan, Light Cyan, Magenta, Light Magenta, Yellow and Black) in 70 mL bottles, which Epson describes as water-, smudge- and fade-resistant with Epson genuine photo media and ink. The printer stacks to save space, has a 1.44-inch LCD, Hi-Speed USB 3.0, 100Base-T Ethernet and wireless (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), and Epson says it is efficient enough to be powered from a user-provided portable battery. Ink bottles are not included, so order an ink set with the printer. Epson includes a limited warranty and U.S.-based support, and Epson Cloud Solution PORT can monitor printers remotely.
