Epson SureColor T3770E 24-Inch Single-Roll CAD/Technical Printer: overview
The Epson SureColor T3770E is the single-roll entry to the 24-inch T3770 family. It prints with the same six-color UltraChrome XD3 ink set and PrecisionCore Micro TFP engine as the dual-roll models, with A1/D plain-paper prints in 16 seconds on Epson’s speed test, but it loads one roll at a time and does not include the Adobe Embedded Print Engine.
It is a fit for architecture, engineering and sign departments that print mostly from one media type, and for schools and small offices that want the speed of the T3770 line at the lowest entry point. Rolls use 2 inch or 3 inch cores, rigid posterboard up to 1.5 mm is supported, and connectivity includes USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi with a 4.3-inch touchscreen. It weighs 254 lb and measures 54 x 20 x 38 inches. Need a second roll? Step up to the T3770DE; need PDF processing in the printer? See the T3770DR.

T3770E vs T3770DE vs T3770DR: which one?
The T3770 family has three models on one 24-inch engine. The T3770E is single-roll with no Adobe Embedded Print Engine. The T3770DE is dual-roll, also without the engine. The T3770DR is dual-roll and the only one with the Adobe Embedded Print Engine (PDF and PostScript 3). In practice: pick the E for one roll at a time, the DE if you keep two media types loaded, and the DR if you send PDF files directly to the printer and want the embedded engine to process them. Moving up in width, see the T5770DR (36 inch) and T7770D (44 inch); for a lower-cost 24-inch model see the T3475 or T3170.
