This is an Epson Preferred Plus extended service plan for the Epson SureColor V4000. It adds 4 years of Next-Business-Day On-Site Repair coverage. Epson says its Preferred Plus plans extend product protection beyond the limited warranty for up to a total of 5 years of continuous coverage.

- Comprehensive parts and labor coverage, including printheads (printhead limitations apply; maintenance parts not included)
- Geographic limitations may apply; service requests must be received and processed by 1 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays

This plan must be purchased at the same time as the printer. Epson says buying a plan with the hardware saves up to 20% on 1-year plans, or more on multi-year plans, compared with buying a plan later.
