This new archival inkjet media features a pearlescent surfacegiving it a

"metallic" look rivaling the traditional Kodak Endura metallic photo paper. Unlike Kodak Endura which is a traditional, chemistry processed photo paper, Reflections can be used with any inkjet printer to produce stunning black and white and color prints. DTG has created several ICC profiles for this new media including profiles for Epson and Canon printers.
DTG has invested in a new web based support system that allows

us to provide unparalleled support to our customers. This system integrates telephone, email, and web systems to allow our customers to initiate, troubleshoot and solve their technical issues with DTG support staff as quickly as possible. Customers can download support articles or browse our knowledgebase, as well as create and view all of their support issues via our support ticketing system. While in its initial stages, this system has a good deal of content now, and will continue to grow and evolve as we implement new features and add content.
While we will continue to provide information to our customers through our email newsletters, we understand that not all of our customers access and process information the same way. That's why we've started a DTG Twitter account as well as a DTG Facebook page. Customers that choose to follow us via these avenues will be able to access the absolute latest information on digital imaging news including updates, promotions, and technical support information.
DTG has chosen to add Foster KeenCut cutting and trimming products to our line-up of wide format finishing solutions. KeenCut offers a wide ranging product line for varying needs from trimming paper to cutting gator foam and glass.

If you create your own, custom printer ICC profiles and have upgraded to Adobe Photoshop CS5, you will have noticed one, glaring omission from the print dialog box. Adobe no longer allows you to choose "No Color Management" from its Color Handling drop list. This creates a problem when trying to print ICC target files without altering the color. We have created a step by step guide with a workaround to this problem. You can either download the pdf, or check out the knowledgebase of the new support suite on our web page.
Are you having strange printing issues in Apple's 10.6 Snow Leopard? If you are, then you are more than likely using ICC profiles that were saved as version 4. For whatever reason, Apple's Snow Leopard 10.6 are not compatible with version 4 profiles (previous Apple operating systems were compatible with version 4). Check out our support information here for more information.
